Warranty

💍 JEWELLERY WARRANTY - TERMS & EXCLUSIONS

The company will provide a warranty on jewellery purchased from it under the following conditions:

🛡 Covered Jewellery & Warranty Period

One-Year Warranty (Silver 925 & Yellow Gold Plated Brass)

Applies to genuine 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating / brass jewellery plated with yellow gold (2 microns plating and above) covering:

✓ Tarnishing (six months warranty on gold colour)
✓ Colour fading (six months warranty on gold colour)
✓ Stone loss.

Rose Gold Plating (Limited Coverage)

For jewellery with rose gold plating, the warranty will not cover colour and plating, but only:

✓ Setting
✓ Stone loss.

Stainless Steel (Exclusions)

For jewellery made of stainless steel, the warranty will not cover:

✗ Plating/Colour
✗ Stone loss.

⛔ Warranty Exclusions (Voiding the Warranty)

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

✗ Tear/breakage for any reason whatsoever.
✗ Abusive or unreasonable use of the jewellery (e.g., bending/distortion resulting in stones falling out/breakage).

⚠ IMPORTANT Exposure Note:

Jewellery must not be exposed to chemical substances that could alter its appearance.

Jewellery must not be exposed to: Dead Sea, jacuzzi, spa, salts, cleaning materials, bleach, cosmetic products, or the like.

The company reserves the right to replace the item with new jewellery / credit the customer at its discretion, including in cases where the jewellery cannot be repaired, repair service overload, or insufficient manpower.

⏱ Jewellery Repair Times

The company undertakes to handle repairs within 10 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and Israeli holidays) from the day they arrive at the store or the company's offices.

*If items arrive after 12:00 PM, the count will begin from the next business day.
